Last month my WiFi was working normally. All of the sudden It stopped working on Saturday.
I have a Keon router. The power light is blinking .
I restarted the router and nothing works.
I reseted the router and nothing works.
After the reset for some time I could not even discover the WiFi.
Has there been a firmware update lately ?
I hope you can help me.

There are no updates to KAON any more, it’s discontinued. Power indicator blinking, Router is dead.

The telephone support suggested to send a technician, would it be faster to receive a new router?
What do you suggest ?

You can’t have a new Router before the old one have been declared dead. The new vil be a D6, not a very good one for various reasons. Very limited manual control among other things.
Thank you for your answer. So I guess the technician will need to visit and assess the router to be dead. Correct?

You can contact TEC support tomorrow, and og they can assess if it is dead, they can send you a D6 and cancel the technician, support from 08:00 till 18:00 70 70 34 48
