I already has an account/customer number with YouSee, but now that I bought a new phone, there appeared a second one and I also received an email that my bank rejected some payment for that new account number. Can you please advise?
It sounds like a matter for You See to look into, as it is a question regarding payment and accounts, normally you only have one account number.
There is normally no one from You See on the forum in Weekends, so You have to wait till Monday.
