One of our customers has advised us that their emails to inboxes at mail.dk privat.dk webspeed.dkmail.tele.dk youmail.dk
and so on are being blocked. Campaign Monitor emails are usually sent using the domains createsend.com
, for example cmail19.com
Could you please let us know if our domains are blocked by your service, and if so can you tell us the reason for the blocks and how we can request a review of the block and solve them?
If you can share any information, like email headers for other spam emails you have receive from our service from createsend.com
, we can investigate the matter and take the appropriate steps against those accounts.
