This particular error message can mean that the SIM has not been activated, suspended by the service provider or that the phone it self can't detect the SIM.
There is only one solution, which is that you have to go to one of YouSee's physical stores with the phone and have them take a look at it to find out exactly what has caused this error message to appear.
