I was buy iphone7 from online yousee website and I choose wrong color and call to customer service and they ask to change from the shop. I was go to rodovre centrum yousee shop and ask to change my color. They give me new phone and also took 200kr and start 400kr installment. Now I have two phone and I pay 800kr each month. They ask me they are not allowed to back my phone in the shop I have to talk with customer service, I was talk with customer service and they ask me to go to shop again and ask them to return. I was go again and ask the same thing and they did not back my phone and again ask to talk with customer service online.. it's more than three time I talk customer service and shops. Now I am like a massanger between shops and online service and still no solution.
Second thing two weeks before I got a email in which written I have to pay 657 it and I was call to customer service more than 5 time and then one guy ask me it was their mistake and he apologize with me and ask one month free service and solve my problem. The problem was they think I stop my package but I can't . After one week Monday morning means today I got a same massege but the amount is 987kr and ask because I was not pay the bill and now I have to pay extra.. I was call more than 3 time today but no body is willing to explain me. And when I got the email there is no kuntonumber . And the customer service every time ask me for kuntonumber.
My question is who is solve my problems? What a fucking system online customer service ask to talk with shops and shops ask to talk with customer services . What I can do?
