My Phone is Dead.


I have full care insurance on my phone and my phone if smashed.. I was just wondering what I have to do to get a new one? Do I have to pay to get a new one even though I am insured? Do I have to have the same phone as the one before or can I get a different model?

Thank you for posting.

The damage to the phone needs to be assessed our partner, Securator, to find out whether the damage(s) is covered by your TDC FullCare add-on insurance.

The first step is to turn up at your nearest TDC Butik with your phone and proof of purchase – our store will then send your phone to Securator in order to have the damage assessed.
