My contract started from yesterday and actually, I should have the internet by then.
But after I called for many times, and the staff of customer service really helped.
They hurried the technicians to turn on the signal but they still didn't do that by the end of the day.
And here comes the weekend, obviously, they don't work. And I need to wait until Monday.
I don't know if the technicians will come and turn it on for me on Monday. I really hope.
It annoyed me very much. Except for the nice customer service girl, anyone working here????
