Mister Internet Forbindelse Ofte......


Hej folkens, nu har vi haft Yousee i lang tid og vi opgraderede til 1000/500 Mbit.

Men lige siden har vi mistet internet forbindelsen ofte, har slået Sagem 3890 V2 i bridge mode, og har gennem tiden haft 4 forkskellige routere på. Vi har skiftet kablerne fra væg til modem ud med High Quality kabler, og vi har skiftet Netkabler en del gange og bruger CAT8.1 nu, har også haft lavere CAT kabler, for at udelukke fejl på udstyr og kabler. Men nu er vi overbevist om vores udstyr ikke fejler noget som helst. Men sidst vi snakkede med support’en tjekkede de signalværdierne på modemmet og de var fine ifølge dem. Men hvordan kan det være vi har fået SÅ USTABILT internet så?

Vi har fået opdateret modem dengang også og resettet osv. Men så har vi i kort tid haft en okay forbindelse, men det kun kort og nu er det hele det samme igen.

Vi har spurgt for 1 år siden eller mere om vi kunne få et nyt modem og gerne den nyeste model 3890 V3, men det var kun hvis V2 fejlede, men det siger de at den ikke gjorde, men sjovt nok at vi stadig mister forbindelsen så tit.  Men har kopieret event logfilen fra modemmet. Vi overvejer at skifte selskab hvis de ikke snart fikser vores problem :-/

Men det ser da ikke for godt ud i den eventlog  vel?

Nu kører jeg kun med Yousee Modemmet i Router mode i stedet for min egen, men den skriver altså en masse Critical fejl, nogle der ved hvad de betyder, læste online at critical skal være obs på. Og der er også en masse Warnings, og kan se en error også. Det kan da ikke passe det skal være normalt ?.
